Cancelation
Please call +45 32 11 41 31 and leave a message no later than 10:00 AM on the day of your appointment, or send an email.
Waiting Time
We strive to respect scheduled times, but we accept acute emergency patients, which can cause waiting times.
No-Show Fee
Failure to attend without timely cancelation will result in a fee of DKK 250.
Disability Access
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-friendly entrance as the clinic is located on the 1st floor.
