CONSULTATIONS

All consultations must be booked in advance. Standard consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes, which determines whether more than one health issue can be covered. Bookings can be made online or by phone between 09:15 and 11:30. Video consultations are available for suitable cases by prior agreement.

Instructions for Scheduled Video Consultations

1. Download the mobile app "Min Læge" (My Doctor).
2. Log into the video consultation room in the app approximately 5 minutes before your appointment.
3. Wait in the virtual waiting room until the doctor opens the video connection.
