At Fitness Kastrup, you will find a full range of strength training machines and free weights. Our strength department is fully equipped to target all muscle groups.

Keep your cardiovascular endurance sharp in our cardio section. We offer modern, user-friendly machines that ensure a solid warm-up or a intense fat-burning session.

  • Rowing machines for full-body workouts

🥊 Stor Holdsal

Our group fitness hall is bright and spacious, rented out for group activities such as martial arts, boxing, bootcamps, and yoga. The hall is fitted with a soft, durable Budo mat floor.

  • Professional Budo flooring (martial arts mats)
  • Important: High heels (e.g., for posing practice) are strictly forbidden to protect the floor
  • Available for rental at 500 DKK / hour for bootcamps and classes
  • Punching bags and other group fitness equipment available
Class Attendance & Rental:
- Class participation costs 50 DKK per session for non-members, payable at the reception before the class starts.
- We host external instructors renting our hall. Payment for their classes is made directly to them (contact us at kastrupfitness.dk@gmail.com for details).
- You can rent our hall – contact us via email if you are interested.

We provide neat changing rooms. Please remember to bring your own padlock for the lockers to keep your belongings secure while you train.

Our café area is the social heart of our gym. Here, members relax and enjoy a chat before or after their workouts across all generations.

Drinks Fridge

We have a fully stocked fridge where you can purchase protein shakes, amino acid scoops, pre-workout, and water. Easy payments via MobilePay.
