Ken Strømsted

(Educated at Body-SDS)

My path to becoming a body therapist (Educated at Body-SDS) started with a shoulder problem. After going through long courses both in the public system and elsewhere, unfortunately all in vain - my shoulder problem disappeared after a few treatments with a body therapist. After this experience, I had no doubt about my treatment direction and profession. It makes me a passionate therapist who will do my best to ensure my clients become pain-free. In a career spanning almost a decade, I have treated a great variety of people with different backgrounds and problems. Everything from children to pensioners, and office employees to professional athletes. Whether it is exhausting neck & shoulder issues you suffer from, or you want to improve your sporting performance to achieve your goals, I am ready to help you. My experience and empathy give me a unique ability to quickly find the cause of your problem, after which we can work together to help you regain your freedom of movement and well-being.

Tobias Vad

From childhood, I have always been interested in body development and have active experience in various sports such as table tennis, volleyball, football, rowing, and strength training. It was the passion for sport and voluntary aid work in Eastern Europe when I was 22 that inspired me to work on behalf of and with people, which became the definitive calling to become first an occupational therapist and later a physiotherapist. In my younger days, I also managed to get injured, unfortunately (fortunately). Being able to control, relieve, and ultimately get rid of the pain is one of the greatest driving forces for me as an actor in the therapist field. With +10 years of experience, I integrate many techniques, both fast and gentle, to achieve the goal of helping you back to a pain-free daily life. It is my experience that humans are complex, and it is not enough to only provide exercise therapy, which has inevitably led me down the osteopath path. If you come to me, you will experience that organs and soft tissues are connected and must be treated as a whole.
