Training and treatment
We use manual techniques with the aim of affecting nerves, the brain, and the tissue as crucial elements in our common goal of restoring your mobility and well-being. Movement is a core element of our approach and a central factor in creating your individual training plan.
Our approach does not necessarily involve demanding physical exercises. In fact, something as simple as a relaxing walk or adjustments to your daily activities can often have a significant impact. The most important thing is that your body gets moving again, which gradually makes it possible for you to achieve pain-free mobility without fear of recurring issues.
We are a private clinic operating outside the public healthcare agreement system. This means you do not need a referral from a doctor.
We are with you before, during, and after treatment
In our clinic, we prioritize safety and trust as vital elements in the cooperation between you and your physiotherapist. When you book an appointment, you will receive an email with detailed questions designed to create a more relaxed first meeting. This ensures that we - in your own words - have a basic understanding of your situation when we meet for the first time.
Our physio and body therapists always make sure you leave the clinic with clarity about:
- What is the cause?
- Our treatment plan
- What can you do?
- Expected timeframe for the treatment course
- The specific goals and sub-goals established for your individual course
Additionally, we often use email correspondence as a form of post-treatment consultation. This gives us the opportunity to double-check if what we discussed is right for you. In this way, we avoid you returning for the next consultation with worsened problems as a result of incorrect exercises or recommendations.
COMMUNICATION
Before we begin a treatment course, we always prioritize a thorough conversation about your unique challenge. This gives us a precise insight into where and how we can best intervene regarding training and movement. The decisive factor is, of course, always what your body can tolerate. Our job is to guide and treat you in this process. But the ultimate goal is to help you achieve a deeper understanding of the signals your body sends and be able to react to them effectively.
We strive to ensure you feel a significant improvement in your challenge within 3-5 treatments. Therefore, we also define a series of sub-goals together during the treatment course. This makes the process more structured and allows you to monitor your progress. The goals are always tailored to you and your well-being.
