Application for exemption from seatbelt/helmet	kr. 500,–
Diver certificate, standard	kr. 500,–
Diver certificate, extended	kr. 800,–
Medical certificate for USA study trip (incl. vaccination fee, blood tests if needed)	kr. 1.750,–
Application for disabled parking permit	kr. 500,–
Other certificates — charged by time (e.g. medication passport for non-Schengen travel)	kr. 400,– / per started 15 min.
Failure to return loaned blood pressure monitor etc. within 14 days	Replacement cost

Patients must in advance complete "Part A" digitally at borger.dk/laegeattest. Remember to bring glasses/contact lenses for the eye test.

Payment by MobilePay or cash only. We do not accept card payments (Dankort or credit cards).

No public health insurance subsidy is available for certificate work.
